RLCraft Zero to Hero (EP1)

RLCraft Spawning

Sometimes in RLCraft you will spawn and die instantly. There isn’t much you can do about this, except for dying and respawning until you get a respawn point that you can survive. Be warned if you don’t get a bed early on, then you will keep respawning anywhere and lose your base.

Step 1) Flint Tools

The first thing you will need to do is acquire some flints tools. This is a quick process and covered in detail in the video, so make sure you check it out.

Step 2) Make A Bed

Next you want to make sure you don’t keep respawning everywhere and anywhere as you will likely die when respawning and lose your base. You can get wool from a couple of sources, including sheep and plant fibres / string. Make yourself a bed as soon as possible!

Step 3) Stone Tools

Once you get to stone tools, then the early game of RLCraft becomes more manageable. Especially since you can continually collect stone and sticks to just make plenty of tools. Keep a good supply of pickaxes and axes to make sure you don’t need to go back to flint again.

Step 4) XP Grind

The XP Grind! This is the biggest hurdle for some new RLCraft players. To progress you will need XP, get your XP by killing passive mobs. Most of the normal activites for Minecraft will still provide you with XP to level up. You use your Minecraft levels to get unlock your skills.

Bonus Tip: Attract Nymphs!

Finally as a bonus tip, you can attract Nymphs to your base. They can heal you and are really useful throughout your whole RLCraft experience. Grab yourself some flowers and plant as many as possible around your house. This will attract Nymphs to your base.
